Phuket's iconic luxury resort Amanpuri is being closed from June 1st until the 30th as new road works are being constructed through the property to a new Phase 2.
Given that the current period is the lowest for the islands hotels which has been further pronounced by the recent Bangkok political events, the timing has created a long term opportunity. Of the new Phase reportedly 8 new villas are underway at present.
