Leading Thai hotel chain Centara are developing a 233 room upscale resort including 44 villas on nearby Krabi's Koh Lanta island. Currently under the design process the opening is tentatively set for 2012.
Centara has taken a decidedly upmarket approach to it's new hotels back of the new Bangkok property at Central World, existing Krabi resort and coming soon the beach front Karon beach entry which is nearing completion.

There are only a few hotel villas and most of the rooms in blocks similar to the Krabi and now new resort in Karon, and historically Centara has not done mixed use, at this point its our understanding this is a hotel project but early days still. But to answer your question we do not know if they will be for sale at the moment.
