British national Andrew Whitaker is the new General Manager at Andara Resort and Villas. With 17 years in the region he has worked in countries ranging from Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, China and Taiwan; and past experience with international chains including Shangri La in senior management roles.

Speaking to Andrew yesterday he expressed excitement with the luxury hotel portion of the development slated to open by the end of the year. Certainly Kamala is coming of age back of Andara, Paresa, Millionaires Mile and new hotels at the northern end of the bay now being planned.
