Leading international economy hotel group Whitbread have developed a new product concept christened as Hub by Premier Inn.
This mark's the groups second brand offering and is targeted at the budget category with room sizes of approximately 11 square meters.
Features include a convertible desk which folds into a bed, that also have luggage storage underneath.
And of course the usual brand perks of power showers, free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions.
Brand touch points will feature online check-in, pre-set light and room temperatures and TV channel.
Whitbread is expecting 40 Hubs to be open by 2018.
