Le Meriden Khao Lak recently added 13 new upscale pool villas located adjacent to the resort.
Comprising one and two bedroom units, the premium offering includes six oceanfront villas.
Previously these units had been marketed as hotel branded properties under the name Les Residences. Given flat property market conditions they were reconfigured by the developer.
As real estate remains challenging in Greater Phuket, a shift in highest and best use land planning to hotels remains a key trend.
