Well respected emerging market specialist Peter Semone is heading up a project aimed at creating a 75-100 room hotel and tourism school in Vientiane Laos.
The Lao National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (LANITH) is seeking a private sector investor as part of a modern, purpose-built teaching facility slated for completion in 2012, is part of a EUR 8.5 million bilateral development project between the Lao and Luxembourg governments to strengthen human resources in Laos' burgeoning hospitality and tourism sector.
Expressions of interest are being accepted through 14 January 2011, after which short-listed candidates will be required to submit extensive proposals.
