Greater Phuket's hospitality asset transaction market continues to be a hot commodity with news that the beachfront Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort is for sale.

Busy brokerage house Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been retained as exclusive agents for the boutique 83 key property.

Set on just over 9 rai the resort has a mix of guest rooms and villas along with a full array of facilities. The location near to the popular Klong Muang area that in includes brands such as Sheraton, Sofitel, Ritz-Carlton and is close to the Amari.

Vacant possession is available so management options are open.
