French hotel giant ACCOR will be managing the Mercure Krabi Ao Nang Resort which is a 211 room new build property in the destinations main tourist area. Plans call for an opening in Q4 of 2011.
Along with the Mercure, ACCOR currently manage a Sofitel branded property in Klong Muang and are contracted to operate the 206 room IBIS Krabi. Construction has not yet commenced on the later property which had been slated for a 2011 debut.
