Kamala's Newest Luxury Resort Paresa Opening July

thephuketinsider.com caught up with Scott Toon General Manager of the soon to open luxury resort Paresa on Kamala's "Millionaires Mile". With stunning west coast ocean views the property has 49 exclusive pool villa and suites with two outlets comprised of an Italian eatery 'Diavolo' and modern Thai restaurant offering al fresco dining. A 5 room spa focuses on modern personalized consultive treatments versus the usual A-Z menu.

Set to open in July room rates range from US$695 up to US$3,550; with the rate profile aimed at upper tier Trisara, Sri Panwa and Aman cliental. Scott worked for a number of years with the boutique management company Per Aquum so is well versed in delivery of highly personalized service and privacy for a demanding guest base.

Back of Cape Sienna, Ayara Kamala and Andara Resort Residences set to launch in December the stretch along south Kamala is starting to see a critical mass that will give the affluent Surin and Bangtao hotel markets some stiff competition.
