JLL Brokerage Selling Four Branded Thai Hotels

Brokerage firm Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels currently have four chain managed properties amongst a stable of seven Thai offerings in the market.

Included in the 'for sale' listing are two resorts under the Six Senses chain, two under Centara, and independent hotels in Bangkok, Samui and Phuket.

Transaction activity is continuing to attract a lot of interest by both buyers and sellers in the Kingdom, though the coming of age hasn't dampened the enthusiasm of new hotel developers.
