The oceanfront Impiana Private Villas Kata Noi is set to open in January 2010 adjacent to Mom Tri'a Villa Royale. The 11 villa (12 key) exclusive upscale property is being developed by the group which operates hotels in Patong, Koh Samui and three in Malaysia.
Rate expectations are anticipated to be in the Amanpuri, Trisara and Banyan Tree luxury market tier. More entrants are flocking into the segment back of recently opened Paresa on Kamala's Millionaires Mile and Allan Zeman's Andara Resort Residences set to debut at the end of the year.
