The Julia Robert's Hollywood film Eat Pray Love has boosted brand Bali global exposure in a way that many government tourism organizations only dream of doing.
One of the emerging travel niches has been an onslaught for spiritual tourist's who have flocked to the island of the God's for some sort of singular self-discovery makeover.
Be it meditation, yoga or day tours to visit locations from the movie hotel and operators have jumped on the trend
According to leading movie resource IMDB.com the film has taken in over USD74 million in revenue as of October 4th. though a number of film critic's widely panned the romantic comedy with cry's of 'Pray for Mercy.'
It must be said when speaking to Bali's hoteliers though that the positive impact on an already booming market has been substantial.
