Ian Henry of developer Campbell Kane has told thephuketinsider.com that "with the change in primary contactor for the project K-Tech, this has caused a substantial delay in getting the hotel completed. Currently structural works are finished and we have taken the opportunity to tweak the hotel villas design to become more harmonious with that of the luxury villas at The Cape development. Now that this is done we'd expect to restart construction soon with a new contractor and the opening timeline will most likely be 2010."
