Bill Barnett responds:
It certainly looks that things will be coming a bit unglued during low season but currently the markets that are seeing hotels come for sale are those more seasonal such as Khao Lak, Samui, Krabi and upcountry. New builds that have some leveraging will be hit hard to service debt so thats the main market to motivate sales.
