The islands newest property the 143 key four star Avista Resort and Spa is set to open in November of this year. According to the Director of Sales and Marketing of the property the room inventory consists of 74 deluxe units which are a minimum of 43 square meters, 45 grand deluxe , 22 Avista Club rooms and 2 suites.

Outlets include an all day restaurants and wine lounge along with a spa which has been outsourced to the upscale local brand Sukko. There is also a meeting room for 100 pax. Located next to Peach Hill Resort and opposite the Aspasia Phuket the location is at the northern part of Kata.

Developed by a local owner the hotel will be independently managed.
