Leading Phuket based hospitality group twinpalms are set to debut an all inclusive resort concept clubyamu in January.
Located at the managed Baan Yamu development on the East Coast, the resort is set to tap into a family and activity concept in which rooms, food and beverage and activities are bundled into one price.
Speaking to Olivier Gibaud today, he expressed positive market feedback from overseas wholesalers especially in the growing Australian market.
Day trips will be available to nearby Koh Rang island.
Club Med remains the best known of the all inclusive resorts, though recently new properties have been successfully launched in destinations such as the Maldives.
German tour operator TUI has seen its Robinson Club brand continue to grow in recent years.
For twinpalms who have successfully launched new entries such as Catch Beach Club and Bake, the new innovative approach to the Phuket 'same-same' hotel market looks to turn a few heads.
