EXCLUSIVE Patong THB 750 Million Absolute Hotel Project Launched

Speaking to Bryan Lunt, Chairman of the Absolute Group, thephuketinsider in an exclusive has learned of the launch of Absolute Twin Sands Spa and Resort on Tri Trang Beach Patong.

With an investment of THB 750 million, the residential led hospitality project is located on a 7 rai site. Phase one is comprised of 48 studio, one and two bedroom unit,s and the a second phase with 54 units. Pricing points are THB 4.8 to 14.5 million.

Project completion will be in 24 months and units sold on a freehold or lease basis, along with fractional opportunities. The group which is one of Phuket's largest hospitality run operations opened both Absolute Bangla Suites and Absolute Nakalay Beach Resort recently.

I believe the feedback is misleading; the developers are in fact A.Plan properties (who also developed Nakalay Beach resort/condo)NOT Absolute who only ever developed one property themselves; the Bangla suites.

That's a lot of units for a 7 rai site....

Bill Barnett responds: Hi considering resort apartments you can usually mass these at 10-20 units a rai. Beach land is valuable so need to keep the financial model ticking.
