EXCLUSIVE Leading Vietnam Resort Nam Hai Up For Sale

Asian hotel transactions continue to grow with the latest being leading luxury resort The Nam Hai on legendary China Beach in Vietnam to come into the market.

The development which operates 100 keys has 60 one bedroom pool villas and 40 upscale hotel managed residential villas Opened in late 2006 under the management of boutique chain GHM. The resort is one of the market leaders in average room rates.

World class design team AW2, Jaya Ibrahim and Bill Bensley helped invent the world class destination resort which has garnered a number of global awards.

Current owner Indochina Land is offering an ownership opportunity for a 60% stake, with the possibility of increasing it to 100%. Singapore hospitality brokerage house CBRE Hotels has been engaged on an exclusive basis. Details are with raymond.clement@cbre.com.sg
