Lars Ydmark's boutique Dewa Resort in Nai Yang has teamed up with Zuppa F & B Concepts to

launch a new innovative dining concept.

The Hong Kong based restaurant consulting firm is headed by well known industry player Heinz Egli, who brings over 30 years of international experience to the project.

The market debut is expected within a few months.
