A management agreement has been entered into between Yangrangsi Company Limited and Centara Hotels & Resorts for the management of a new 350 room resort in South Patong.

The Centara Grand Moringa Resort & Spa Phuket will offer 280 rooms and 70 one and two bedroom pool villas with an opening set for December 2012.

Facilities include a freshwater lake, a spa featuring 16 room, four restaurants and conference facilities for 150 people.

Consulting firm Mai BS with Klaus Rauter acted as the owners adviser.

Located in the booming Patong hotel district the site is situated in South Patong near to the Amari Coral Beach Resort.
