Up and coming Asian destination Koh Rong has released a long ranging tourism master plan which the developer The Royal Group is touting to become the next Phuket, Bali and Samui.

A long term phasing of hotels ranging from midscale to luxury properties, multiple golf courses and no less than 28 white sand beaches.
Talks are underway with a number of hotel operators and property firms to participate in development opportunities.
For many the Riviera moniker is perhaps a bit redundant but certainly head are turning to Cambodia in the quest to tap into what some say could be the next big tourism destination for the region.
