During the last decade the great surge of lifestyle hotels has evolved from those early days when hip, trendy or boutique we the only bywords available for the grammatically challenged staid hotel industry.

Teaming Ian Schrager and Corporate giant Marriott International is indeed strange bedfellows but soon the results will be in as the first Edition hotel will open in Waikiki in October.

In the development pipeline properties include Bangkok, Barcelona, Mexico City and Istanbul.
