Beauvais' InVision Merges With Chaudhary's Zinc Group

Thailand's InVision Hospitality Group led by founder Kevin Beauvais has merged with Cinnovation | CG Zinc Hospitality brand controlled by Nepalese multimillionaire Binod Chaudhary.

The combination of the two companies will see 30 branded hotels under management in the next 36 months and a capital funding mechanism for expansion.

A new re branded platform will be announced in mid January. Cinnovation| CG is also a significant investor in third party hotel groups Taj Asia and Alila.

Chaudhary's family is one of the richest in Nepal with investments ranging from banking, fast moving consumer goods, electronics, home appliances and energy with headquarters in Singapore.

Kevin Beauvais with 25 years of executive positions with Marriott International, also headed the hospitality arm of Bill Heinecke's Minor International before forming InVision.
