The Bay Cliff Development Group is developing a new 298 room midscale hotel in Patong. Set to open in 2012 on a 2.75 rai site which has been leased from PEA (Phuket Electrical Authority) who will have a 1600 square meter office within the new complex. Two buildings will be constructed both 7 stories tall on the site located near Jungceylon on Rat Uthit 200 Pi Road.
Features included underground parking, and top floor sky lounge and club, swimming pool and fitness center. The developers already have two condominium projects in nearby Kalim with The Privilege @ Bay Cliff and The Bay Cliff
