Japan's Hotel Okura chain and the Banyan Tree group's strategic marketing alliance will come into play when the former's luxury property opens in Bangkok next year.

Developed by leading Thai conglomerate Univentures (TCC Land) the 242 room hotel is located in a prime mixed used development along Ploenchit.

Well known General Manager Samir Wildemann who has previously worked in Phuket and Bangkok is at the helm.
