Singapore's Attica entertainment group and Angsana Resort have teamed together for the new Xana Beach Club opening next April.
Construction of the outlet is currently in full swing. Angsana was formerly the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket and re-opened at the beginning of December after an extensive upgrade.
WOW factors include an Olympic sized swimming pool, thirty meter swim up mega bar and a party boat going operating between the Laguna Phuket hotels.
Double sun loungers, personal chill out party cabanas that accommodate 14 people with service call buttons, and an Aussie inspired menu all make up the offering.
Attica is an established high profile operator with their main outlet in trendy Clark Quay.
We spoke to the group who are keen to bring a series of international DJ's to the outlet and look to offer keystone events and import some innovative new ideas to the island.
