Innovative hotel brand Tune, who are affiliated with AirAsia have made a strategic move to upsize rooms in a shift of brand standards.
While roll out room sizes ranged from 8-10 square meters, the new standard is 13-14 square meters.
Another move now has TV's being offered in a pay to view option, which was absent in the early spartan offering by the group.
Clearly the brand is listening to its customers and continues on a mission of re-invention.
Though for critics the term 'brand creep" is being touted by competitors.
As to whether the brand is limited service, budget or low cost, that one still has us scratching our heads.
