Accor's Adiago brand remains a strong European model with 30 properties and more than 3,000 units. But now Adiago is expanding to the Middle East with their City Aparthotel project in Abu Dhabi.

Will Asia be on the planning board for the group?

Singapore-based Ascott have successfully grown the Citadines brand in the region and the opportunity for ACCOR to do something similar is strong.

Branding experts and hotel groups have long been confounded what to call the non-traditional supply ranging from the aparthotel, condotel or even worse condohotel, suites, serviced suites, residences blah blah blah...

The segment continues to grow but remains a product without a name.
