Longtime Bali resident Mike O'Leary who set up a local foundation aimed at protecting the environment and addressing poverty has found a second career wind.

After spending years in Asia and selling off his business five years ago he decided to take on a second life experience and set up R.O.L.E..

Key programs have been a women's literacy program and children's environmental and education initiatives.

Eco friendly schemes have centered on marine preservation, waste recycling and look at sustainable tourism at a micro level.

More eco education centers are planned for other Indonesian areas in the longer and Mike's second wind is indeed proving to be a breath of fresh air.
