Leading International hotel chain ACCOR have set the wheels of change going in their new Planet 21 initiative.
A wide ranging sustainable development program sees the group commit to 21 milestones targeting 2015.
These include benchmark goals for use of eco-labeled products, healthy employee meals, reductions in water usage and lower energy costs amongst others.
Customers will be brought into the stream as well with the initiative which will be communicated in a positive tone and focus on the partnership between hotels and their guests.
