AWARD WINNER Horseshoe Point Stays Green

Leading Thai eastern seaboard estate Horseshoe Point who won the Signity Green Development award continue to be a stalwart in the open space green movement.

While much of the area real estate has focused on dense high rise type structures in Pattaya and Jomtien, this villa and residential project has taken a long term sustainable approach to keep environmental impact to a minimum.

As Phuket's population boom continues and the march north to Mai Khao and over the Sarasin bridge into Phang Nga is taking on toll on trees and the green areas, hopefully more developers will take the benchmarks of this noteworthy project as a good milestone of both economic and community success.
