ADB Earmarks USD2 Billion For Clean Energy

The Asian Development Bank has set put forward plans for USD2 billion to be spent per year from 2013 for clean energy programs.

As growing concerns over global warming remain a continued concern by both developed and developing countries the world over the fund is targeting using venture capital to fund enterprises that can mitigate climate change with new technology.
